Terms of Use
Zerb is not for sale yet. This page says what is true of the site and of your account — there is no promise of a subscription, a payment or a guarantee here, because none of it exists yet.
What these terms cover
Two things: the zerb.az website and the account you open here. The program itself runs on the shop's computer — the work, the data and the decisions there are yours, and this page has no authority over them.
Zerb is not a fiscal solution
Zerb is not a certified fiscal solution. Receipts are not fiscalised. If you have a fiscal obligation, it remains separate — Zerb does not replace it and does not claim to. The same warning is shown inside the program itself.
Account
One email — one account. Your password is your own responsibility; whoever knows it can get into the account. You can delete the account whenever you want: the button is on the account page, it works immediately, and asks no one's permission.
The shop's data is yours — and it is only with you
Your sales, your customers and your prices are not on our server. That is in your favour, but it has one consequence and we do not hide it: if the data is lost, we cannot bring it back — we have no copy of it. The program itself makes a backup once every 24 hours, but that copy is on the same computer. So from time to time copy it somewhere else yourself — onto a flash drive or another computer.
Payment
Nothing is sold at the moment: there is no subscription and no payment system. When the price is decided, it will appear on the site. No payment will happen without you knowing.
What we do not promise
Zerb is a new product. We do not guarantee that the site and the account system will run without interruption. If you use the program in your work, the decisions are yours: counting the till, checking the report and confirming the stock are your job — the program shows you, it does not answer for you.
What is not allowed
Trying to get into someone else's account, generating load intended to bring the site down, attempting to break the system. If such use is detected, the account is closed.
When these terms change
If they change, the date below changes. We do not keep the old text — the page always shows what is in force now.
